During the worldwide lockdown, Jérémie & The Delicious Hounds we’re heartbroken by their inability to play live shows, as they have been building solid momentum in the Winnipeg and Canadian Francophone music scenes. Feeling stuck (in quarantine), with nothing other than a home studio and his guitar, Jérémie was inspired to turn this grim situation into a great song! Taking this opportunity to make the bands' first official collaboration, Jérémie enlisted the help of Vancouver hip-hop artist/producer Cityreal, as well as Winnipeg‘s Roman Clarke. The song was then mixed by legendary Canadian sound engineer Roger Swan (k-os, the Rascalz etc.) on his SSL console. The result is an incredibly catchy and beautiful collaboration that combines lush analog blues sounds with modern production techniques. This is the first single off the upcoming J&TDH release called Cruel due in 2021.
